Getting Started
-
Quiet Light Doula Care offers both birth and postpartum doula support for growing families in Wichita, KS and the surrounding areas.
Birth Support includes prenatal visits, continuous labor and birth support, evidence-based information, comfort measures, advocacy support, and postpartum follow-up care. My goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and confident throughout your birth experience.
Postpartum Support provides practical and emotional care during the transition home with a new baby. Services may include newborn care guidance, feeding support, recovery support, meal preparation, light household tasks related to baby care, sibling adjustment support, and overnight care options.
I also offer specialized support and discounts for military and first responder families, recognizing the unique demands and transitions these families often face.
Every family is different, which is why services are tailored to your individual needs and goals. If you're unsure which type of support would be most beneficial, I'd be happy to discuss your options during a complimentary consultation.
