Meet Your Doula

I’ve always loved people.

Long before I knew what a doula was, I found myself doing the same things I do today - encouraging others, building community, and caring for people through life’s important seasons. As a military spouse, I’ve spent years helping create the kind of village that many families find themselves searching for: a place to belong, a shoulder to lean on, and a steady presence when life feels uncertain.

Being a wife and mother has been the greatest blessing of my life. While many things have required hard work and determination, motherhood is the place where I have always felt most at home. Pregnancy, birth, newborn days, and early years of raising children are seasons I genuinely love.

Over the years, I’ve walked alongside friends and family through pregnancies, births, postpartum recovery, military deployments, and the everyday joys and challenges of raising children. Again and again, I have seen the same need: women who felt overwhelmed, isolated, and unsure of themselves despite being deeply capable.

I believe that women were created with incredible strength and purpose. I also believe that we were never meant to do this alone.

My desire as a doula is simple: to provide calm support, steady presence, and compassionate care while helping Wichita area families find confidence in the season they’re walking through. Whether that means offering practical support, sharing evidence-based information, listening without judgement, or simply sitting with you in the hard moments, I want you to feel seen, cared for, and encouraged.

When I’m not serving families, I keep pretty busy. My husband and I are active in our church where we lead our Connection Team, host a small group, and serve as youth small group leaders. Outside of that, I can usually be found doing something artsy, spending time outdoors, or gathered around with family, friends, and all the teens we have coming in and out of our home these days. I love sunshine, the rain and the changing seasons of the Midwest. I also love just about any small animal willing to sit still long enough for me to hold it. Oh, and cows whether or not they’d like to love me back. Haha!

Thank you for being here. It would be an honor to walk alongside your family during this tender and beautiful season of life.
